Everything you need, included in one monthly fee
Private, dedicated office. Your own enclosed workspace that you can set up and use as your business’s home base. No shared desks, hot-desking or working around other people.
Power and internet included. Your office power and broadband internet connectivity is included in the monthly fee. Ethernet jack is included in Office 1 if you need it.
Free parking right outside. It’s easy and free for you and your clients to come and go. Free all-day parking is available outside the premises and across the road in Upper Hutt’s largest public carpark.
Meeting room access. Need somewhere to meet with a client or hold a small meeting? A shared meeting room, equipped with presentation TV, is available to book when you need it, and included with your rent.
Business signage included. Make your business visible with the included professional business signage, helping clients find you and giving your business a genuine physical location. This is key for having a strong Google Business Profile, and something a co-working space or home office struggles to provide. Clients can easily find you at “Tailwind Studios, 1/20B King Street.”
Cleaning included. Our fortnightly cleaner will also look after your office as part of your monthly fee, to keep everything looking its best.
Full size bathroom. Just outside your office door, equipped with a shower, is a brand new full size bathroom.
Professional client environment. Located in Upper Hutt CBD, Tailwind Studios is a brand new building, representing your brand and business the best it possibly can.
Flexible occupancy. Traditional commercial leases are a big commitment. Don’t worry about that! Tailwind Studios offers flexible monthly fees and options for 6 and 12 month terms for a lower fee if you wish.
