Professionals Appraisal & Marketing Booklet

Professionalism is everything in the Real Estate industry. This year we worked with Blundell and Mark Realty Ltd - Professionals to create a new Appraisal & Marketing Booklet for their salespeople to use.

The brief was to design a new booklet that combined what was two separate documents: a lacklustre Word document Appraisal Booklet, and a flashy but outdated Marketing Booklet.

The new booklet looks great, reflects the recent sharpening of the Professionals brand guidelines, and is still easy for the team to edit what they need in Word and print in-house.

It was a complex project but the end result was worth it!
